Important pair of decorative chenets in gilded bronze in the Louis XV style, from the Napoleonic III era. The two compositions, arranged as a pair, stand out for the delicacy of their details: sculpted faces and hair, drapery, musical instruments, beaded friezes, and foliage motifs. Very dynamic silhouette and gilded finish: a beautiful set for a fireplace or a characterful interior. • Composition: 2 elements forming a pair. • Material: gilded bronze. • Style: rocaille, Louis XV – Era: Napoleonic III • Dimensions: L 35 cm × H 36 cm × D 21 cm. • Weight: approximately 13 kg for the pair. • Use: decorative chenets; presence and condition of the rear fixing irons to be checked. • Condition: signs of use, scratches, pitting, and visible surface irregularities.
