Writing table in walnut, 18th century, provincial work.

Antique rectangular writing table, probably from the 18th century, made primarily of solid walnut. It features a drawer in the apron with a wooden knob and rests on four square-section legs, slightly tapered, with a moulded projection at their upper part. The top is made up of several joined boards, with softened edges. The joints of the structure are traditional, with visible wooden dowels on the apron and the uprights. Condition: good overall condition, with signs of use, minor wear, scratches, marks, and defects visible in the photos. Some old pitting on the legs, with no apparent impact on the stability of the piece. Dimensions: H. 72 × W. 68.5 × D. 49.5 cm.
