Mid-century modern Uchiwa style bamboo suspension

This striking pendant light in the style of the iconic Ingo Maurer dates from the late 1950s and early 60s. Made from bamboo and fine cotton paper, this lamp draws inspiration from traditional Japanese fan-making techniques to create a natural and organic shape. Designed for an E27 bulb, the pendant emits a warm, golden light. Please note that due to its age, some fans have become a bit fragile and show slight gaps (see photos).
