Coco Chanel wheat sheaf coffee table from the 60s

Coffee table with wheat sheaf base and glass top, in the style of Robert Goossens' creations for Coco Chanel. It could be attributed to Hans Kogl who also created this type of piece! This pretty two-tone version from the 60s features the wheat stalks in a golden patina and the wheat ears in silver, which gives a lot of volume to the whole! Its format is ideal for a Parisian apartment living room! The safety glass top rests on the gilded iron structure. It is very heavy (13 kg), which allows the table to be perfectly balanced. However, if you have children, we recommend adding suction cups for additional security. The whole is in used condition given its age, note: numerous scratches on the glass + 1 chip in the thickness of the glass (see photo), no cracks.
