Antique oak wardrobe - Early 19th century

Beautiful antique wardrobe with two doors featuring lovely understated mouldings and an overhanging cornice. Its balanced proportions and natural patina give it a lot of character. The interior is equipped with two shelves providing ample storage space for linen, crockery, or numerous everyday items. The piece has been sandblasted to restore the authentic appearance of the wood. It retains the marks of time that add to its charm: old patina, signs of use, and some visible old pitting in places. The wardrobe is sound, stable, and robust. The doors close properly, and the original hardware has been preserved.
