Vintage Pop Art wall lamps, 1950s, set of 2

Article: wall light, set of 2. Producer: Origin France in the style of Mathieu Matégot. Age: 1970s. This modernist wall light set was produced in France in the 1970s. It is made from solid metal in a white tone and at the front in Pop Art coloration of orange. Super rare wall light set with rare hole pattern shade element on the sides to create a nice atmosphere of diffused light. Each light has one light socket for bulbs which are covered by the shade. Very minimalist and straightforward design of the 1950s. The lights have their original lacquer in white and orange tone. The two lights have the option to add a pull down string cord. The lights remain in good vintage condition with normal patina and traces of use due to age. Each light has a side cutting at the backside wall fixation, as this was used for side electrification. Measures: Height 26.7 cm, Depth 9.7 cm, Length 9.7 cm.
