A collector's piece from one of the masters of French artistic glass from the last century. A large bowl by the French master glassmaker Charles Schneider featuring stunning Art Deco patterns. The bowl is essentially of simple shape, but it is precisely this simplicity that gives it an attractive form. The Art Deco shapes are engraved, creating a lovely detail. The bowl is made of glass with a purple hue. However, the colour is not dominant. A timeless and artisan-crafted bowl that makes a beautiful centrepiece on a table, desk, or sideboard. Signed "Schneider" on the lower rim.
