Arne Vodder desk in teak

Very good condition. Arne Vodder (1926–2009) is an iconic Danish designer of Scandinavian modernism. Trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, he was a student of Finn Juhl. He is best known for his wooden furniture with organic and elegant lines. His sideboards, desks, and tables favour soft and functional shapes. His work perfectly embodies the simplicity and refinement of Danish design from the 1950s–60s.
