Brass mirror Italian crest Mid-Century, 1950-60

Italian mirror in brass, made in the 1950s-1960s. A piece in the spirit of post-war Italian design, close to the style of Gio Ponti, but unsigned. Its shield shape, inspired by ancient coats of arms and shields, adds a graphic and elegant touch. The frame is in patinated brass on a wooden back, with an original glass featuring a spotted backing. Original hook and two additional hooks on the back. Very good condition, with patina and original backing acknowledged. Ideal for an entrance, above a console, or in a living room, it adds a vintage touch full of character.
