1970s Kamenicky Senov Czech Crystal Glass and Chrome Pendant Light

Exceptional vintage crystal glass pendant light produced in Kamenicky Senov, Czechoslovakia, during the 1970s. The pendant has a striking geometric, almost architectural construction formed from numerous thick glass panels arranged into a compact cube. Each panel features an elaborate starburst relief pattern, producing a brilliant play of reflections and texture both when illuminated and switched off. Individual glass elements are held together by chrome-plated metal fittings, emphasizing the modular geometry of the design. The combination of highly decorative Bohemian glasswork with a restrained metal structure is characteristic of sophisticated Czechoslovak lighting from the period. A particularly decorative statement light suitable for Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, Modernist, Hollywood Regency and contemporary interiors. The electrical components have been renewed. The fixture uses one E26/E27 bulb and is compatible with US electrical systems.
