I love the pans. the packaging was not strong, the handles broke through during shipping. the pans were stacked exactly as pictured, however it was almost impossible to unstick and separate them, they were wedged so tightly. i had to use ice water/boiling water process, and it took some time. the pots were scratched due to being stuck together like this . seller must have known that the pans were almost immovable
