Extremely elegant illuminated bookcase or Bookshelf with a beautiful sculptural geometric shape, finished in brass and chrome, which supports eight glass shelves and another central display niche that features a reflective back panel in black glass that adds a strong central focal point. The lamp is still in good working order. Note 1 brightness on 2 shelves (angle nothing serious does not see). A beautiful piece of high prestige that sits well in the works of Gabriella Crespi, Romeo Rega, Willy Rizzo, Maria Pergay, Paul Evans, etc. Kim Moltzer (1938-2015) was an architect, artist and designer who lived and worked in Paris during the years 1960 and 1970. Its exclusive high-quality designs were sold by the boutique design SA located in the Boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris. Moltzer's drawings exhibited strong geometric shapes influenced by contemporary artists such as Ellsworth Kelly and were most often finished in a variety of metals ranging from stainless steel, chromium, brass, aluminum or of bronze. Moltzer's designs and those created in partnership with French artist and designer Jean Paul Barray were coveted by connoisseurs and collectors ranging from the Bulgari family in Italy to the French President Georges Pompidou. Moltzer's drawings are at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.
