Transport box for explosives 80s

This wooden transport crate was used for transporting explosives. It is very robust with reinforced raw wood panels. It is equipped with 2 rotating clasps and two large metal handles. Its front face, painted yellow, like the side interiors, still has its original stencil inscriptions, which add character to the object. We love its two-tone faces that give a lot of originality to the overall visual. The interior and bottom have large engraved numerals. A label on the underside of the lid indicates that its contents were checked in 1987. The beautiful size as well as the super factory look of this box offer many possibilities of decoration. End of sofa, side table, bar, storage box, toy box... The interior is very clean and can store books, magazines etc. So many different ways to use it to add personality and functionality to a living space.
