Machine lamp to fix the stockings

Rare old machine to repair stockings and get points machines vitos, from mataró (spain). At the base there is a sheet indicating that it is patented in spain and abroad. It keeps the pedal, but it doesn't work. The lamp itself is in perfect working order, with a bayonet bulb (someone had to improve it, because originally these machines operated on 125 volts). It is 29 cm high and the base, which has inputs for the lamp and pedal, is 29 cm wide and 2.5 cm deep. It weighs 6.5 kg. Chrome in pretty good condition. The base has a lack of paint. Perfect as a lamp for industrial style decoration.
