Description
Old ceiling lamp basket consisting of 20 rows of glass grapevines with strapping and brass tip. A recent socket had been added, it accommodates a screw bulb large base. One of the grapevines has a splash in an angle (visible only closely) The small metal rods that hold the grapevines are a little twisted, original I think (an ancient handmade creation) A superb room of the most beautiful effect once lit but also the day depending on the light entering the room.
