Description
Enfilade - mcintosh- 60s. This magnificent mid-century enfilade was designed by tom robertson for mcintosh of kirkcaldy, scotland. It has a large storage space consisting of two swing doors with interior shelves on either side of the row. Two drawers, one with cutlery divider and red felt, complete the storage space. Finally superb round brass handles integrated into a wooden part also round give it all its cachet. Created in 1869 by alexander henry mcintosh, mcintosh furniture has become synonymous with design, craftsmanship and high-quality materials. This model presented here is particularly rare. Dimensions: l 150 X d 41 X h 75. Materials: teak. Proof of award: label inside the cabinet in the right drawer. Origin: scotland. Published: mcintosh. Restoration: fully checked and controlled, this enfilade has been fully sanded and oiled to protect and nourish the wood. Condition: very good condition. Weight: about 30 kg.
