Dutch museum bench designed by Martin Visser, manufactured by spectrum in the Netherlands from the 1960s

A lovely minimalist slate bench made of high quality Wengé. Designed for a dutch museum. It has a very nice style with only rectangular shapes in both base and top. A minimalist yet modern design that has a warm appearance thanks to the natural brown colour of the wood. A highly recognizable piece of dutch design! It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
