Vintage hand-make kilim rug persian geometric area rug- 314x174cm

This fine wool flat-woven kilim rug is a great example of persian carpets woven in the mid 20th century, circa 1940. The design features a geometric all-over design woven in accents of blue, red, white and green. The central design has then been framed by a repeating pattern border. Both the colour and design featured in this kilim rug make it a great accent rug, suitable for both modern and traditional homes. The hand–knotting technique used in the making allows for this rug to retain its newness, even after prolonged usage. These flatwoven rugs are recognised worldwide due to their stunning colour and pattern combination.
