Bayel fruit cup in crystal

Beautiful fruit cup in good condition of the Bayel crystal factory signed made in the middle of the last century. Bayel is a Village in the Department of Dawn, at the crossroads of Lorraine and Burgundy in northeastern France. This village has known the work of glass since the year 1300. In 1666, Jean-Baptiste Mazzolay, a Master Venetian glassmaker, created the Cristalleries, under the aegis of the clerics of Clairvaux, then owners of the premises. Closed in 2016, a museum now presents the collections of this crystal factory, which are in high demand today. Careful packaging and follow-up for shipping.
