Superb sommerso vase from murano 60s. Contrast of a deep pink (more intense on the bottom of the vase) and a transparent glass on the perimeter with yellow reflections. Italian glass artist flavio poli (1900 - 1980) is renowned for his contribution to the development of murano glass, giving birth to a new style in the 1950s, known as sommerso, or submerged glass. The vase does not have a label. In very nice. Weight 1, 180kg. Ref 67/23.
