Mirror of Alexander Kostanda de Vallauris

An unusual piece by the great ceramicist of Vallauris Alexandre Kostanda for this beautiful 35 cm ceramic mirror "Apprentice at Louis Giraud in Vallauris in 1936, he teaches ceramics at Biot. He moved to Cluny, Saône-et-Loire in 1942. At the end of the war, he taught filming and pottery at the Longchamps Faïenceries learning centre in the Côte d'Or1.
