Description
Amber stone photophore. Very beautiful subdued light on the different shades of amber. Was drilled with a micro hole, see photo. Mahogany wood base. Height 19/20 cm. Diameter 10cm and 8 interior. Year 50. I think the micro hole was used to pass a light bulb wire and actually can make a very nice mood lamp too. I do not have the exact reason this object was at my grandparents' house when I emptied the house.
