African Senoufo bench, bed, Ivory Coast, 50s

Large african bed senoufo, from the 50s, originally from ivory coast. It is a collector's item entirely of period and origin. The bench has never been waxed or treated, so its patina is the patina of time on raw wood. The bench or bed can be used as a large coffee table. One of the feet has a light period restoration which gives it a crazy charm. It is in very nice vintage condition, perfectly stable on its feet. It is a monoxyl piece entirely handmade. It will find its place perfectly with a collector or informed amateur, in a large living room.
