"1st rooster - silver stew spoon" Ragout spoon in solid silver model old paris. French work made by the goldsmith pierre philippe rousseau working in paris between 1808 and 1820, punched with the 1st rooster, hallmark used between 1798 and 1809. The spoon was therefore designed between 1808 and 1809. Very good condition, note of micro sinking in the part to serve. It is engraved on the back of the "lizer" handle. Dimensions - Weight: 123.7 grams. Length: 28.3 centimeters. Width of the part to be served: 5.33 centimeters. Width of the handle, at the widest: 2.76 centimeters.
