Rosaline carafe liqueur service and 12 glasses salmon pink

Very nice shot service including a carafe with its cap and 12 small glasses, in salmon pink molded glass, also called rosaline, with a design reminiscent of the codes of art deco mixing curves and straight lines. The bases and cap thus have a star shape. This service probably dates back to the 50s. The set is in good condition for its age, neither cracks nor shine, but small scratches and marks of use, small chips on the lower edge of the cap and a number of original defects: stains, marks or "cuts" in the glass. Thus, the inner upper edge of the carafe is poorly finished on one half of the perimeter, or most lenses have some kind of scratch, mark on the side, the base of the decanter has a kind of "cut" as well as a stain included in the glass... It is this repetition that suggests that these are original defects, and therefore probably not a high-quality service reserved for a wealthy elite, rather a common product found in many homes to serve the digestive on sunday after the family meal. Nevertheless, all this is not very visible and the whole remains of a very pleasant aesthetic because of its pretty shapes and its salmon color. The decanter is 15.5 cm high (including cap) with a diameter of about 10 cm. The lenses measure 4 cm in height for a diameter of 4 cm. The whole weighs about 800 g.
