Pair of Japanese Satsuma vases

Magnificent pair of medium-sized old Japanese satsuma vases, of very good quality, probably from the beginning of the 20th century. The vases have been very nicely worked with pronounced colors, hand painted, both depicting a battle scene on one side and flowers on the other, but with different designs on the two vases. The vases present many irregularities, testifying to manual production. These vases can be perfectly harmonized in different interiors by bringing a touch of authenticity from the past. Good general condition, some traces of wear and small chips on the bases of the vases, and a small lack of paint, the gilding on the handles is slightly gone, see photos. Dimensions. H 37 cm.
