Still Life with Anemones by Pierre Dumont

Pierre dumont, known under the pseudonym andré jallot (1884-1936) is attached to the school of rouen and the school of paris. He lived in rouen, met marcel duchamp, and created a magazine: la section d'or, which received contributions from paul reverdy and guillaume apollinaire. Befriending juan gris and francis picabia, dumont then worked in a workshop at the bateau-lavoir. Beautiful condition. A very slight hitch on a petal. 19 X 25 cm (34 X 40 cm with original frame).
