Superb and rare neo-classical wall lights by John Dévoluy (France) in the early 1950s. These sconces brass gilded and lacquered black represent a fist of Nubian escaping of a drape neck and brandishing a torch topped with a frosted glass. A few very slight traces of time, invisible to 20 cm distance, see photos. Very nice quality and very decorative objects. H: 28 cm - W: 10 cm - P: 17 cm
