String modular shelving system by Nils (Nisse) Strinning, Swedish architect and designer, designer in 1950 of the famous String shelf. The model shown in photo is composed of 3 black uprights (2 uprights 50 cm and 1 upright 100 cm) and 4 shelves 60 cm. Well proportioned, ingenious, variable, flexible and above all functional, here are the key words of these shelves that can be modulated without limit in all directions as and when needed. The wooden trays, meanwhile, can be repositioned quickly and easily.
