Description
Harris Lebus was a furniture manufacturer and wholesaler based in the East End of London with a factory in Tottenham. They were once the largest Furniture manufacturer in the world. In the post war years Lebus was part of the Government scheme to manufacture Utility furniture. In the 1960’s they produced the ‘Link’ and the ‘Europa’ ranges. This table is a lovely example of the Link’ range, with minimal un-fussy design. This console table has an arrangement of four drawers with black metal handles. It is veneered with well-figured oak and the tapering legs, as well as the edge moulding are made of oak. Measurements are 108x44x77cm (WxDxH).
