Small silver-plated metal tray with monogram — Christofle, Belle Époque

Small rectangular silver-plated tray, guilloché background, monogram "DE" engraved on an oval cartouche. Marked with CC Christofle (1844-1935), model number 860173. Late 19th – early 20th century. On the reverse, the complete marking is present on the edge of the tray: factory mark CC in a rectangular oval (bee, balance, stars, and letters CC, used from 1844 to 1935), quality mark 10, stamped cartouche CHRISTOFLE, and engraved model number 860173. All stylistic elements and markings suggest production from the late 19th – early 20th century, likely between 1880 and 1910. Condition: Consistent signs of use in line with the age of the piece, with very slight losses to the silver plating. Clear engraved decoration, legible marks, intact monogram.
