Coffee table attributed to Percival Lafer in exotic woods, jacaranda, rosewood, walnut and teak with original glass protecting the top. About: This superb coffee table is a sought-after piece of mid-century design by Percival Lafer, a Brazilian modernist designer from Saõ-Paulo, known for his productions in the 1970s. The modernist table top is composed of a set of exotic hardwood slats of varying heights, the top is protected by an original heavy glass pane. The supports on each side of the table fold down for easy transport. Origin: Brazil. Proof of provenance: Brought from Brazil to France in 1978. Period: 1970.
