Two wonderful murano bowls, probably designed and made in the last quarter of the 20th century. Still parts of the murano mark on the bottom of one bowl. One bowl is in perfectly balanced form. Layers in shades of dark pink and greenish, encased in clear transparent glass. Beautiful play of colour and beautiful optical effects - especially with the right lighting. It measures 5 cm in height and 14 cm in diameter and weighs approximately 1200 grams. The second bowl is also perfectly balanced in shape. Layers in shades of reddish and yellow/golden colours, encased in clear transparent glass. Beautiful play of colour and beautiful optical effects - especially with the right lighting. It measures 5 cm in height and 11 cm in diameter and weighs approx. 700 grams. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition. As with all vintage glassware that has been in use, there are some minor signs of age and wear. These include, in particular, moderate signs of wear on the bottom where the surface on which the bowl rests. Completely free of chips, cracks in the glass or other serious flaws.
