Authentic watercolor, signed - representing Chartres and the Eure + 4 new CDs

Hello I am offering an authentic watercolor signed Georges ROUAULT (1904-2002). This watercolor represents in the foreground some old houses crossed by the Eure river, then in the distance the Chartres cathedral. This watercolor is a near and distant representation of the city of Chartres probably in the 19th century. It was mounted on thick cardboard. The watercolor was covered with an anti-UV satin varnish by a professional, the frame was also covered with an aging varnish. The set is ready to hang. Dimensions of the frame: 51 x 38 cm Dimensions of the work: 38 x 27 cm Estimate from a Catawiki auctioneer: between 350 and 650 euros (see photo) The photos were taken in natural light except for the last photo.
