Pair of thick ruby brown glass ashtrays in free form – 1960s-70s

A pair of vintage ashtrays in thick ruby brown glass, crafted in a freeform shape with soft, irregular contours. The glass plays with light, shifting from an almost black brown to deep red and amber depending on the thickness. Their wide, wavy rims and integrated notches give them a sculptural silhouette characteristic of decorative objects from the 60s and 70s. The two pieces are similar without being rigorously identical, which enhances their organic character. They are in very good condition, with only rare and slight signs of wear.
