Modernist painting "Battle of Horsemen" by Dragutin Cigarčić

In this advertisement, you will find an exceptional modernist painting depicting several horsemen in battle. One rides a black horse, while the other is on a white horse. A rich coloration in various shades of red and pink is accentuated by the contrasting colours of the horses. The painting is by one of the great Yugoslav artists, Dragutin Cigarčić. Made in Yugoslavia in the 1950s. Very good vintage condition with some signs of age. The listed dimensions do not include the frame.
