Made of stainless steel, the handles of the cutlery have a slightly aged patina with golden / bronze undertones in the highlights. The beauty of this cutlery set is on the fruiting grapevine pattern on the handles. Clusters of grapes, grape leaves and twisting vines running the full length of the handle. The design is three-dimensional and heavily embossed giving it a luxurious quality. It is classic Victorian revival, made in the 1950s and typical style that remained popular in English silverware and cutlery into the 20th century.
