Old drawing painting portrait of woman Yves Diey

Yves diey (1892-1984), superb drawing on pencil and pastel paper, portrait of a pretty young brunette woman with an intense look. Signature lower left, dated 1928. The drawing was cut into a medallion and then put back in this frame. Original baguette frame in varnished tortoiseshell wood, under glass. Very light traces of seniority on the drawing, some snags and small gaps on the frame. Drawing dimensions: 32 cm X 25 cm. Dimensions painting: 50 cm X 33 cm.
