Scandinavian design wooden chair fanett tapiovaara 50/60. An icon of design since the 1950s, the fanett chair and its creator, finnish designer ilmari tapiovaara, are no longer featured. Both solid and light-looking, it is distinguished by its backrest with bars embedded in the seat. The latter, made of teak plywood resting on a horseshoe structure and a compass footing assembled in h, is a model of technicality and delicacy. In particular, we love the hollow of the middle which comes to marry the shapes of the body and the finely curved appearance of the front of the seat, as well as the magnificent veining of teak. This design, both sought after and minimalist, definitely makes the fanett chair the emblem of scandinavian style. The proposed set is in its juice and its period patina.
