Description
Color etching made in the 1920s: village and medieval bridge over river, mother and child on the quay, signed in pencil chabridon and numbered 14 or 19. Oval format 17 X 24 cm in oval gilded frame 30 X 36 cm. Absence of protective glass explaining slight scratch marks. Back with wall attachment system - jean joseph chabridon (1875 - 1925) is a french painter, draftsman and engraver, known for his aquatint prints and etchings of various landscapes from france and belgium. Packed weight 750g.
