Servant vintage cake tray or display in gien earthenware decor of old vehicles

Servant, cake display in earthenware from gien decor of old vehicles. The display consists of 2 tray plates and a central handle with wrist. It is made of glazed earthenware from gien with a polychrome decoration of old vehicles dating from 1885 and 1895. Handle in the center in gilded metal. Both sober and elegant, this earthenware tray is a beautiful element for a decoration of character and/or for a collection. Dimensions: height of approximately 25 cm diameter of bottom tray: 25 cm diameter of top tray: 23 cm weight 952 grams rare item. Stamped gien under each of the plates display in good condition, no fragility, no chipping. The top plate is not perfectly horizontal but this can easily be corrected. Original cork seal. The lower plate has a crack on the outline highlighted in photo n°13. The enamel is aging, it has surface defects and micro-cracks. The decorations are well preserved with colors that have retained their intensity. The handle in the center is in perfect condition. See all the photos in detail in addition to the description and dimensions indicated. Very careful shipping. As shown in the photos, the handle is screwed on and can be removed very easily. The display will be dismantled for shipping to ensure better protection of the whole thing. It will be packaged with foam, bubble wrap + suitable padding.
