Taride Vintage Aluminum Globe 1940 World Map - 37 cm

Antique world map lamp in cardboard, paper and metal from the taride brand, vintage 1940, in good condition. The photos are eloquent, the paper map is clean although it shows a slight patina, there are gaps in the north atlantic ocean, at the north pole and at the equator as well as a more marked trace in central america. The globe is intact otherwise, the aluminum base is impeccable. It is signed but not dated, we find the empire of india which will become the indian union in 1947, and iran (persia before 1934) so it is probably a globe from the late 1930s or 1940s. It measures 37cm in height, 26cm in diameter and 26cm in depth.
