Vintage chair from the 50s/60s Guermonprez for Godfrid

Very beautiful and very original chair called "rockabilly" around 1960. Model of the designer gérard guermonprez for rené godfrid editions characterized by a very minimalist spindle base and a very slightly reclining backrest. The structure is made of beech wood in the pretty honey hue, the seat and the backrest have been completely redone by an upholsterer especially for sale and covered with a smooth velvet duck blue (pulls a little more on the green than on the photos) very trendy. The screws of the backrest are made of brass. Height at backrest level 81 cm, seat 46 cm, width 46 cm, depth 55 cm. In perfect condition, this pretty chair will be a nice decorative element in a room but can also serve as a comfortable office chair.
