Cardboard/library

Furniture called "cartonnier" from an old study by notary of verdelot (77). His primary vocation was the classification of notarial minutes but he would make a magnificent library. It has 9 shelves (there is a lack at the edge of one of them, visible in the photos) spaced 15 cm at the top. It is quite possible to remove a few to have more height. This cardboard maker, originally black, has been cleaned, disinfected, repainted in black velvet and finally protected by a varnish. A beautiful room for lovers of beautiful furniture full of stories. Height 188cm, width 98cm, depth 37cm.
