A pair of transparent decorative bowls in the shape of a basket, designed by Jan Sylwester Drost in the 1960s in Poland. The bowls are in very good vintage condition, with no damage or cracks. Original glass. A stunning piece for any interior. A unique single set. Jan Sylwester Drost studied at the glass faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, worked as a designer for several glass and ceramics factories, and was recognised for his innovations in glass shaping. This product dates from the mid-20th century, in a Mid-Century Modern style.
