Black and white plastic chandelier with 5 branches, Vintage 1950s Mid Century French

This is a fabulous french light fixture from the 1950s with 5 white plastic cones atop each of the 5 brass arms. The central stem is covered in black and white diablo-shaped covering. It hangs from a chain with a black ceiling cup at the top to cover your ceiling hook and wiring. This superb mcm light fixture of french origin will look great in any home. Original design from the 1960s, found here in france but not labeled so it could be italian, although I feel like it has a certain french 'je ne sais quoi' to it. I'd like to think it's arredoluce, but if not, it certainly looks like one. This is a wonderful gift for anyone with 1950s decor, and an ideal prop for a period production. This is a truly wonderful piece of decor, it is absolutely magical to see how such a light fixture can transform the look of a room. In very good shape; with only minor signs of age and past use. Some photos make the white plastic look gray, but that's not the case, it's just shadows. As you can see, it is currently in working order. You'll need a professional electrician or confident diyer to attach it to the desired location, and it will be up to them to operate it there. He may advise rewiring, as it is covered in fabric originally. If you have any concerns about safety, you should also have it tested by a professional after installation.
