Glass flower vase with punched metal strapping

Small glass flower vase. Hallmarked silver metal strapping (to be identified). Inscriptions below "made in france" and "reims". Can also be used as an incense holder, cigarette holder. Dimensions: diameter 9.5 cm, height 6.5 cm. Perfect condition, except the strapping which is slightly deformed in one place (see penultimate photo). Vintage flea market item!.
