Description
Superb large barbizon frame in wood&stucco with fine gold gilding, c1850. Peripheral moldings in olive leaves as well as oak leaves in the notches with on the borders fluted patterns. A wide protruding doucine on the outer edge is highlighted by a twisted chamfer. Good overall condition and very nice patina of use. No lack in the moldings, a little wear on the gilding. Dimmensions chassis 41, 5x33, 8cm.
