Elegant pair of footed glasses in intense cobalt blue overlay crystal. The bowl features a rich cut and wheel-engraved decoration depicting vine leaves and grape clusters, allowing the transparency of the crystal to contrast with the satin blue. The lower part of the bowl is adorned with wide flat cut ribs. The short stem rests on a circular foot decorated with a frieze of relief-cut beads. Dating: Early 20th century (circa 1900 - 1920) Style: Art Nouveau / Traditional Bohemian. Materials: Cobalt blue overlay crystal. Use: Rhine wine glasses (Roemer) or tasting glasses. Attribution: Bohemian work (Central Europe) CONDITION Very good overall condition. The crystal is clear, and the colours remain very vibrant.
