Magnificent set of 7 flat plates (raised edges) in Italian iron earth (cbm) Pretty floral motifs. Romantic scene in the middle of the plate in a Fragonard style. Frieze surrounding the plate. The edges of the plates are slightly wavy. We are here on a shade of ultramarine blue. The veins of the earthenware are more or less visible depending on the plate. Notable defects: the patina may have some traces of time/wear (less shiny, slightly scratched) Some mini chips may be present under certain plates (see the example photo) The color of one of the plates is a little more faded than others. Cleaned. Careful shipping. Diameter: 24.2 cm. Height: 3 cm. Weight of a plate: 0.540 kg.
